Each group is provided with their own representative to speak with who can guide you through your fundraising event.
eSportsfundraising.com will enter the supporting information from the stubs into our program. This will create a spreadsheet for you, tracking how many cards have been sold and who sold them, along with the sales dollars to date.
eSportsfundraising.com manages all prize pay-outs. We track all players and contact all winners as well as posting them on your web page.
A
personalized web page
is provided to your group for visitors to check game results. On it you will be able to post special announcements for your group. In addition prize winners will be posted on the web page for your convenience.
Esportsfundraising.com provides cards in packages of 10 allowing for easy distribution to the members of your group. In addition we provide an electronic spreadsheet and (if needed) a print version of that spreadsheet to maintain your distribution records.
You will receive an email list of your supporters for future communication and/or fundraising.
